EPISKIN participated to the 56th Annual Meeting and ToxExpo™ of the Society of Toxicology (SOT) at Baltimore (Maryland, March 12–16, 2017).

With more than 6800 attendees this congress is one of the world premier event for scientists involved in toxicology and related fields. The two posters co-authored by EPISKIN Academy and the five others onto our models reflect the dynamism and innovation of EPISKIN in this field. The best overall abstract award for the validation study of the in vitro skin irritation tests of medical devices is a recognition of the collaborative work engaged for several years to implement alternative to animal testing approach in this new field. This year again, our booth was the meeting point with our current and future customers to discuss their needs and present our new products. Among the models presented on the booth, T-SkinTM our full thickness model has attracted a lot of interest from our visitors.
