背景
针对细菌粘附实验的测试方法,用户可以按特定需求,灵活应用标准操作步骤(预孵育,给样,冲洗等)和测试终点(生物化学,分子生物学,组学,细胞成像等),开发自己的测试方法和标准操作规范。与标准化的毒理学测试方法相比,该方法可以选择已知的参考物质作为阳性和阴性对照。
描述
近期的科学研究证实细菌对人类上皮和表皮有重要的影响,因为三维重建组织模型可以被共生菌或病原体细菌粘附,所以此类模型可以作为研究上皮/皮肤微生物的工具。(请注意订购没有抗生素的特定培养基)
