On Tuesday, November 14, we had the pleasure of welcoming Emmanuelle MÖRCH to the EPISKIN premises.
Former employee of the Group and accomplished wheelchair tennis player, Emmanuelle shared her journey, her hopes for 2024 and the place of disability in the company with EPISKIN employees.
Round tables were organized to discuss very concrete subjects with Emmanuelle:
- How to further improve the reception of employees with disabilities
- Think about the improvements we can make to our premises to facilitate access and well-being for everyone.
During the visit to our laboratories, our colleagues were able to share their very special professions of tissue reconstruction and evaluation, for beauty without animal testing for more than 30 years.
Thanks again to Emmanuelle for these fascinating discussions, her simple and direct way of answering all the questions we might have and her outlook on life.
Her strength and resilience are a source of inspiration.
Since October, L'Oréal has supported a collective of 10 athletes in France with extraordinary backgrounds and stories, who overcome all obstacles and prove to us on a daily basis that disability rhymes with performance.
